Default Mods for a polar performance ecu

How now folks. Im currently in the process of modding my 95 wrx jdm. Ive a blitz nur spec-r exhaust and a HKS mushroom filter. Considering buying a polar performance ecu. What else could i do to the engine safely? This is only until i have the money for a simtec ecu from JGM (which will be next year).

Cheers Danny.

Do you have a decat down pipe? also have you thought about porting your headers.

When i got my chip was advised to get a walbro fuel pump so i have a 1995 import with full decat wrapped (sounds great) Walbro fuel pump, green panel filter thats what I was advised to get to get the best out of the chip

Turbo jacket as well, keep the engine temps down.
As above says wrap the downpipe.
Fuel pump is a good idea to, but not essential.
If your getting headers ported, good idea to have up pipe done as well.

And nope not a generic map... well kinda, but there are a few dependent on what mods you are supporting, and what type of car you have
