If you replace it with anything other than another TD05-16g, you will need to get the ecu map adjusted to suit.
The 16g is 340/350hp capable with the correct supporting mods
VF34 would be a good choice, if you want faster spool and slightly more peak power potential

Not too sure - the whistle on mine was much more pronounced after a de-cat.
I am having a few issues with mine at present too as it seems to be not qite as lively as it was - a few peeps have suggested that there could be some wear to the hotside fins so Im going to replace with another TD05H 16g that has been reworked. hopefully this should cure.
Check the thread about lambda sensor damage too that could be a cause of hotside fin damamge and a loud whistle.
Hopefully one of the pro mechanics will have some more ideas for you but it is difficult to work out problems involving a noise without hearing in the flesh so to speak...

checked the turbo and it has play in the shaft, it´s moving up and down or side to side. I know there are kits for rebuild, but where to get them and which to choose?

Yes but they are all FE whereas yours has a 90 bend on the front.
Looking at replacement for my VF23 on my Type R and was told to go for the VF34 (as Fiestaboy has mentioned) or any of the TD05s avaliable (16G,18G,20G).
Which every one you pick, except for a td05 16g, (the one you already have) you will need it mapped properly.
I'm sure a little side to side play is ok it's the shaft moving backwards and forwards means it's knackered.

Td series of turbos are sleeve bearing so there needs to be minimal movement side to side to allow the oil to lubricate the bearing. Most of the vf series of turbos are ball bearing so require less oil, these should not have to much up/ down movement. When a Td turbo bearing fails you will be able to rotate the shaft in a circular direction with ease.

i know there has to be a little play but mine has a little too much and it makes pretty sharp whistleing noise. i´ll stick with td05 then.
