Just wondered whats the max bhp people have had out of these with just a 255 walbro and no fuel reg??
Car is a 05STi with supporting mods to see over 430.

On the OE reg and 650,s you will have head room.

Mine is sitting 420ish with a fair bit of duty left.

450bhp, injector duty at 100% at 7000rpm, walbro pump and oem fuel pressure regulator.

Bosch in tank and aftermarket fpr being fitted soon.

you will be able to squeeze a bit more if you fit an aftermarket fpr and up the fuel pressure.

Depends on what power you are aiming for.

As above, it'll be easier if you tell us how much power you're after either now or in the forseeable future. That way we can tell you the correct sized injectors to fit...

I'm at 430 atm...But it's quite rich so needs leaning out a bit.So whilst it's on the rollers getting tweaked i might run a meth map as well,so thats why i was just wondering what they'll max out at without adding a fuel reg

Well, 550s seem to do 390-420bhp, so reckon you'll be fine on the 650s...

Make sure you get proper ones, rather than modified IMHO
