Default Can anyone help??? Idling problems

Can anyone help - I have a S reg 98 Type R and has been running fine up until today.

I went out for petrol and it was running absolutely fine. After filling up (with V Power) the revs are now up and down, they won't hold at all and the car is holding back, but it does not stall. The engine management light has now come on!!!

Do i have a serious problem???? Any suggestions as I am stumped to what it could be.

Thanks

Dave
