Default Coolant Colour and Best Oil Type?

Guys

Have a 95 WRX RA, running approx 310bhp, so fairly tuned. Want to give it a service i'm thinking due to it being an RA and reving quite high a 10w50 fully synthetic would be the way forward?

I belive Millers are getting good reviews at the minute, if so what type do I go for, are there different fully synth 10w50 Miller oils?

Also want to do a coolant flush before winter, what colour of coolant do they take?

thanks in advance.

Alright mate 10/50 is good or 10/40 as long as its fully syn, oilman is doing a deal fuchs/titan oil both 10/50 and 40 so id go with that mate as its very good quality.
On the anti-freeze there is two basic types long life and short, the later being 2 year cycle and long being 5 year so id go with the 5 year which is ususally orange or pink in colour but can vary depending on the brand you use hope this helps mate.

Millers is good brand also and as your over the water lol id go with what your happy,as long as its fully syn and sm rated you won't go far wrong mate, and 4.5Lts is right mate so one 5Lt tub should do fine.
The coolant holds 6.6/6.9Lts id go 50/50 so again 5Lt tub with some to spare for topping up in the future mate.

For coolant, ask at a decent motor factors for one suitable for an alloy engine, and with a corrosion inhibitor. Most are OK these days, although some don't like to mix and can cause sludging if you do mix them. Mine has Carplan pink in it, again, on recommendation.
