Went outside today and left the car running for about 20 mins as it has not been used fro a week,
Set of up the road and it was just smoke behind me for a about 10 seconds and then cleared
Why ?

White/bluish white is also unburnt fuel.
Usually happens on cold start leaving it tick over then giving it a quick booting. When the engine is cold and left to idle, unburnt fuel builds up in the exhaust.
My BMW does it every morning in without fail when I give it some beans out of the junction, as did my old scoob. Definitely fuel as exhaust fume stunk of petrol.

cold morning starts always white smoke, but when left to idle the low flow of gas on idle causes condensation to build in the cold exhaust as it doesn't warm as fast on idle and then when you pull of and the gas flow increases it quickly turns the condensate into heavy/large amounts of vapour due to the exhaust increasing in temp rapidly.
