Default NOS

I am struggling to find any info on the web relating to the safe use of NOS, i.e. engine damage potential or whether this has to be mapped on the car etc. im tuned to the limit really of stock internals, but would short bursts every now and then be likely to cause damage? someone here must be in the know lol.

not too sure about impreza engines as i just bought one, but had nos kit on my MG TF160 , which taken it too 220bhp, only 25shot, only small as you know about rovers and there head gaskets

you wont need to strengthen any internals of the engine as its safe to use. without going daft, for nice increase of power, without looking into it im sure these cars can handle 50 , 75 shot even higher, but used incorrectly can detonate the engine

i had progressive controller on too so only kicked in when i had my foot firm down no daft red button press like fast and the furious,

recommended to get a remap but dont need too stright away

:edit: sorry forgot to mention i was using WON kit (wizards of nos) as people advises me not to use nos due to reason i cant remember think it was to aggresive on the engine
