Question

Unfortunately the search is down, as I suspect this question has been asked before.

Would those running Nitrous in their Impreza Turbos and WRX's care to post what shot they're running, and whether wet or dry? How long have you run NOS? Upsides? Downsides? I'm especially interested in those running NOS to eliminate turbo lag.

It seems like a cheap way to make power down low to effectively eliminate lag. I'm considering a 40 or 50 shot and tapering it at about 4000 RPM as boost comes on (I have full boost by 3200 RPM). I'm considering the NOS upgrade with an upgraded compressor wheel on my TD05-16G to a big 16G or 18G, as that would give me more lag, and more reason for the NOS...but I'd probably have to upgrade my stock IC as well if I do a bigger compressor wheel.

Thanks.

Mark
