Vf22,23 ,24,28,29,30,34,35,will all fit your car, with the vf35 probably being the most popular turbo when upgrading from a td04 imho.

Td05 will fit provided it has had the 90 degree elbow removed and adapted to front entry. A bit tougher than the vf series and still good for 300 bhp+ with supporting mods.

Don't worry about induction kit at those levels just fit a K & N or similar panel filter, plus get yourself a uprated fuel pump to be safe Best VF options would be VF34 or 35 - 34's should be better at the top end due to bearings, are you going to be de-catting the up-pipe as well as this is one of the main restrictions on the WRX Bug.

At first look for VF34-35(these turbo's are good for 330-350BHP,i think in For sale section one guy selling for 280£ inc delivery),3-port boost solenoid(i think this selling Rich@fiestaboy),walbro pump which recommend as above, upipe as recommend above(Harvey selling for good money, beware before eBay stuff),STi pink injectors and after this remap and you will see 330-340Bhp
Maybe help.

Yes, you really do need to replace the injectors with sti pinks as well as the fuel pump to get the real benefit from a turbo upgrade such as vf34 with the remap. Wouldn't bother with the induction kit and no need to upgrade intercooler.
