Default fuel pressure

hi all bought a turbo 2000 wagoon recently its a 1997 and i have just sorted it with 18s coilovers full stainless including manifolds de cat etc strut braces front, rear upper and lower and a large front mount.

what i was wondering is .... what should standard fuel pressure be as i have a regulator on its way and uprated fuel pump also what can i go up to?
also boost.... its at around13-15 at the mo what should it be and again what could i go to with all the new toys?
and finaly is there any adjustable rmes or bars to buy for it as i cant seem to find any thanks willl

Have you had the map/fuelling checked? With those mods you run the risk of it running lean, and detting itself to death. Get it looked at sooner, rather than later.
