winning noise????

Default winning noise????

hey guys i have a problem or i say problem its a winning noise whenever i touch the throttle in gear when i drive my00 classic scooby im not sure if its a bearing or not but everytime its in gear and i touch the throttle even slightly its winning its bollocks off and beggining to irritate me now so if anyone has any ideas on wht it can be or how i can find the noise and any fixing tip cheers lloyd

usual gearbox whine?
ps pump?
check everything attached to the belts i reckon, water pump, ac pump etc

cheers bud i aint got air con so will try water pump and around that area. how will i know if its the box?

Eliminate other stuff first, alternator, power steering, etc, by removing the drive belt and listening.

a couple of weeks ago i was parked up and the power steering made a hell of a noise so i rocked the steering and it it was defo coming from there so fingers crossed as i think i have a spare on my dead engine in the shed.
