ILFR6B for standard or slightly tweaked cars.
ILFR7H for more modified cars.

Not exactly sure mate but it was a JGM remap. Could probably do with changing the spark plugs soon as the car is 3 1/2 years old and still on the original factory ones
I had thought if running more boost you would need a cooler plug so in this case a 7H??

I am running standard plugs on my JGM remap and it is fine, 3 1/2 years old they probably need replacing, even though Subaru say its something stupid like every 40,000 mile.

Was not a turbo upgrade just a remap.
So is it 6's or 7's or does it not really matter

Do you have to state that when buying them??. Think they are the same plugs as the Mitsubishi Evo
