Default timing points

is the timing point the same on all scoobys ? .... mine is a classic shape 1997 is it the same timing set up as a version 4

as long as its a 4 cam 16v ej20, they will all be the same mate.

or and the crank timing mark is the thick line on the coge and nt the little arrow?
and the timin mark for that is just under the crank senser?

the line mate, if you time to the arrow, the engine turns.
but only sparks on 3 pots.

i had first hand on that one
