oil leaks on a uk turbo
Hi All
ive just fitted a new rear crank oil seal and clutch and replacement gearbox and diff but i noticed a puddle of oil under my car and its coming from the bellhousing area any suggestions please

is it engine or gearbox oil which ever it is will give you the answer but i will bet its the rear main seal.

A common mistake is to tap the seal all the way home until it goes no further! If you did that its leaking as it should be flush with the outer edge of the block not the inner edge.
