Spark Plug recommendations please

Just doing a service on my RB5 and wondered if someone could recommend a decent set please?

I got a few mods, but just want something half decent, that don't got the world.

ngk id always reccomend phil ,plug number pfr6b i would of thought,some run pfr7b if running higher boost .someone correct me if im wrong
