Maybe just the wiper arm nuts loose, so they sit loose on the splines. Tighten SOONER rather than later, or it will wear out the splines, and need a new motor and new arms. Expensive

Place masking tape on the screen where you would LIKE them to sit: not too high or the o/s one will go off screen at the top of it's arc

Prise out cover over end of wiper arm pivot, loosen nut on pivot, remove arm and replace on your mark or as close as poss. Refit and tighten nut, replace cover. Jobs a good'un.
