how much do prodrive springs lower the car?

hi all,

just looking at some prodrive springs for sale but it doesnt say how much they lower the car compared to standard any-one know ?

also there off a 2003 and mines 2006 will they fit ?

i think it is about 30mil , not sure if they will fit actually though anyway.
