Default Whats best? E85 or Meth

The age old question i know

Currently have a second map of E85. 20% mix.

Got no issues with E85, i have a morrisons just down the road with it on tap so its easy.

Ive recently heard a buzz that morrisons are pulling the plug on E85. This will leave me with a unusable map.

I was thinking of just getting the second map done on meth if morrisons does pull the plug.

Im not a big lover of storing the stuff tbh. The other option is to get the E85 from online. from what i read this is better but costs more, also i would need a tweak to get most from it as well?

I was thinking of just getting a small 25 lt drum of better quality E85 and using it for track days on the second map

Its not a big issue at moment due to morrisons still stocking it. They have said they arent getting rid of it but ive heard from a few sources now.

Probably a question for mappers and people who have used both really.

made 385/395 on v-power and 412/425 on a 20% mix so def gains to be had

Any input much appreciated

100% mate,

just wondering if its worth going for a straight meth mix map in place of E85 one, or get another E85 one, using online products.

Just thinking out loud really but i know Duncan has used both meth and e85 in past.

Just after opinions of people who have mapped and seen results of both

Sorry I misunderstand question then.

Meth gives better results than pump e85, e85 was easier to obtain and use etc.

Meth v e85 race would be similar but meth cheaper.

Of course it would be easier to run pure e85 race than pure meth due to cold effect on engine with meth (oil mayo etc)

im used to oil looking like mayo mate as you know

I thought about going completly e85 on second map but i think i'd have to change fuel system etc.

Cheers for input mate. Think meth it will be then due to costs if morrisons do pull out.

Out of interest how much better is meth than e85? if i made 412/425 on 20% mix e85 would i see much more on a 20% meth mix?

thought 10% meth gave similar results to 20% E85 ??
