Default HELP NEEDED PLZ

Hi all i have a mot on monday car failed 8 days ago now problem is i have a split rim so goes on ebay buys a set of cheep wheels but they wont fit over the 4 pot calipers on the front so question is can i have 18 inch on the back and 17s on the front different wheels just to get it through the mot...

or does anyone have a set of wheels for sale that will go over 4 pot calipers ............

iirc u can, gotta be same size on both sides of axle, incl tyre width, height

anyone no the rule for the mot can u have 18s on back and 17s on front???

yes it should be ok for mot but would this not cause problems with the 4 wheel drive winding up or skipping, having diferent radius to turn.

Just get some ****ty spacers on the front to get you through the mot, Then you can decide what to do after.
