Default your thoughts on engine rebuild

at the minute i'm toying with selling my blue 95 wrx and doing a decent re-build on my silver one as for some stupid unbeknown reason i just don't like it like the the silver one.

i'm looking to get to around 350 bhp out of it and was wondering if i do need forged pistons and rods or are they just not worth it at that low power level. will 440cc injectors and a td05 16g will reach that or will they be maxed right out. is it worth getting better manifolds or should i just get the old ones ported and wrapped. is it worth going for the up rated oil pump as there only about £90 and lastly is there much point going for the light weight pulleys and fly wheel.

any info would be great guys.
cheers.

350 is about the limit for oem internals and gearbox. injectors and turbo might struggle as well. for 350 stick with stock manifold. oem oil pump will cope ok at 350 too
