Default Gizzmo Electronic Boost Controller Settings

Anyone running one of these like to share their settings with me... and no im not going to run standard 3port setup before anyone comes on here and says so (after finding out mine is "tired", I will be using the Gizzmo from now on)

So I've just been reading over the user manual that was included, and trying to get my head around what i should set each of the settings to.

I want to keep it around 1.1 bar (with a max or 1.15)

Start low and work your way u? Half an hours driving should see you on it- no two cars or turbos are the same- sold my old turbo off my MR2 to as guy, toget5her with my boost controller (an AEM), and he runs much higher duty on it than I did

FYI, i just found this guide... gonna try it out:
http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=231510

Think im going to start my base settings on 50 Duty and 15 Gain, in theory the maths should see me running 16psi on the above with some fine tweaking to be made, but chances are i can see it over boosting lol... we'll see this weekend when it goes on track.
