hi , my 1998 uk turbo has a strange feeling in the steering dept.

i can feel some deadspot, but when the car is running there is a feeling of something moving when moving the wheel to the left slightly. the rod and rod ends have been changed. it needs tracking but i want to rule out duff components first so the tracking will be bang on. it seems to bump steer like mad aswell
im going to doth lower ball joints, any other ideas or would a new rack be something to look for aswell
