Question Turbo Advice Please.

My current Turbo is starting to show signs of tiredness. Looking to up grade to a bigger turbo looking for some advice please. My car spec is currently a:

2.2 forged build
standard Turbo
standard injectors (650cc waiting to be fitted with parallel rails)
standard top mount (Hybrid GT2 waiting to be fitted)
3" down pipe tapering to a 2.5" Hayward & Scott Full system De-catted
APEXi Power FC ecu (currently Running 300bhp 315lbtq @ 1.2 bar)
HKS SSQV
HKS Power Mushroom Filter

I'm sure thats it for engine spec etc after you advice for what turbo to go for and the best place to get a turbo from I'm looking to run the car between 350-380 bhp. 400bhp would be nice but I'm not sure what it would be like for every day use???

Thanks for looking and thanks for any advice you can offer

If your gear box, clutch etc can handle it, get a MD321H/T from Lateral or a S206 from Engine Tuner.

400 will be fine for every day use

md321h - brillaint tubby if youve got the money, alternatives are td05 18/20

the 18 should see 370 ish
the 20 close to 400

i am in a similar situ would love a 321h but 1500 notes a bit steep for me, i would probably go for the td05 18 because of the better spool
