Default Help, Fuel Pump Issue

Good evening, I wonder if anyone can help?

I have a MY99 Turbo running 281bhp mapped by Bob Rawle

Everything has been working perfectly for years but now I have a problem. I was driving along on Friday and the car died. I put it into 2nd as I was going very slow in third and it came back to life. On Saturday returning from Castle Combe I put my foot down a little and I had a jolt but then all seemed well. Sunday it was fine. Yesterday morning it just turned over and would not start. I noticed that the fuel pump isn't buzzing when the ignition is switched on.

I have a Walbro pump on the way as I'm getting ready to upgrade the turbo. So if its the pump that's sorted. I have read under the rear seat there is a connector for the fuel pump. Does anyone know which connector it is? I need to check to see if its the feed or not? I have the seat off at the moment. Is it the small grey connector with two pins or is it the big black/white one on the drivers side with five wires attached.

Sorry to go on but I'm trying to give you as much info as possible.

Martin
