Default I think i ballsed up!

Was going through my power fc values and was mucking about with idle speed values for the aircon as it drops off quite abit when switching on. Both values were initially 900rpm and 900rpm. I adjusted the top value for idle the ac idle but like a tool i adjusted it down but now cant adjust it back up, it won't let me go above 850rpm .Is there any way of sorting my F*ck up?
Cheers,
James.

i had pfc on my starlet, from what i remember you can only adjust the ac and other settings a certain ammount in relation to tickover, so what is normal tickover, try raising that and then see if you can move the ac, i think there are other values maybe one of these is too low aswell stopping you raise the ac above that ammount aswell

There is a good section on the RX7 forum in regards to Power FC settings. Very good indeed.

tbh i dont know if your menus would be the same as mine were but i had a list of different idles cant remember what they were but they were something like this (twas in japanese aswell)

hot idle 800
cold idle 1100
a/c idle 900
lights on idle 950

i know that i could only lower certain idles a certain ammount depending what the others were, it wasnt just the normal idle.

from memory..

rev limit 7000rpm
re-introduction of fuel 950rpm no air con
re-introduction of fuel 950 air con
no ac idle speed 850
ac idle speed 850.

the reason you cannot adjust it above 850 is because you have the re-introduction set to 950.. increase it and you should be able to adjust the idle up.

the re-introduction is when it starts injecting fuel again as the revs drop when you lift off the throttle.. so that the idle catches it without stalling and you should have at least 100rpm between them.

Hope that makes sense as late

Simon
