Default more power from 2005 WRX PPP

I have got a 2005 wrx with PPP otherwise standard and would like a bit more power.Any suggestions.Hear a lot of talk about decatted uppipes and downpipes,i understand 2005 wrx has cats in both..Will car pass mot with either removed. When PPP is fitted is cat retained in centre section? What benefits from custom tuning prodrive ECU?Any thoughts or advice on this subject much appreciated

I went for a Miltek 3" decatted system, Walbro fuel pump with an Ecutek remap. Massive difference over the PPP. Have you sorted brakes and suspension?

On a newage you will need to but you will gain from extra power, torque and fuel economy too. Some nice noises can be added too if you like that.

Speak to Grant at AWD in Perth or go direct to Andy Forrest. AWD use Andy F so might save a few quid going direct. He doespost on here as Andy F

only removed one cat think thats why went through MOT no problem
do think you have to have a remap to see real benefits after the cat removal
