Hmmmm good question, I dont think you can because of the distance between the windscreen and the sunroof, plus those properly (factory) fitted vents are more sturdy than the cut out ones (internal supports I believe).
Measure the distance between your front edge of your roof to your sunroof and come back

Erm, am I the only one wondering what on earth you're asking about fitting a hole in your roof when you already have a sunroof? What on earth is the point?
That little conundrum apart, answer is as per Tony's. Even if you were determined to do so I'd be amazed if you could fit one in given the presence of the existing SR - at least if you want a vent that actually works.
