New to the scene...
Hi guys,
I think my head has just about exploded with all the info on here - what a superb resource!! However, I did have a rather silly question from having looked around at a few cars recently and wondered if some general answers could be given? Feel free to PM if it's easier - these are rather daft questions!
I have somewhere in the region of £9k to spend and I've seen a few fine examples of 06/07 plate Impreza WRX's around (around 30k on the clock) and I'm wondering if there is any huge difference between these and say the STIs? I mean the WRX seems like a good car having driven a couple and I know that I could easily spend the money I might save on a few performance and styling upgrades to make it even more of a beast.
But are there any significant 'niceity' differences other than performance? Has anyone also got a rough idea as to what I could get for £9k. As an example the following is £9.5k - but I don't know if that's a lot for the year / mileage?

Cheers guys,
Matt.
