Engine light on and no power

Car sounds and drives fine until I try putting my foot down the the car judders and the engine light is on.
Car is a 1995 wrx no engine mods just z4 ecu and 3" exhaust.

First thing to do then is look up the black plugs read memory procedure and see what the CEL flash code(s) are.
