Default cam belt change?

HI,
Could you guys advise me,i have a my97 sti import.
Iv have had this car for six years and its been very reliable, but feel its time to have a cam belt change.
The the car is serviced by tsl motorsport regularly and they want to charge 800 pounds for this and a service.
They recommend changing the oil pump? is this nessasary and can you recommend anyother garages in the eastmidlands who may be cheaper.
Also the car has now done 90,000 miles so do you think its worth doing.

£800? Thats shocking. I would expect to pay half that for a full service if i was putting it in a garage.

Is that £800 plus parts or including parts (and VAT)?

sorry but owned it 6 years and think its now time for a cambelt?????bloody lucky it hasnt gone snap.i was quoted £420 for service and cambelt by alan jefferies so £800 is well steep.just do service yourself and buy cambelt kit and pay garage for fitting.save yourself a fortune.
