Default HVAC drains

Anyone know where the drains for the heater are/come out on a Classic? Or is it a case of going in under the scuttle panel?

Think mine are blocked as the car steams up almost instantly when I turn the heater on. And my boots dry before anyone suggests light clusters or seals

Thanks

Mine is a 98 sti, and it is on passenger side of bulkhead. look down and behind fuel filter and you should see a short hose sicking our 90' bend pointing to ground. think thats it...
