fmic with recirc dv
yep works fine, the only difference is where the air goes. could even get a split BOV and have best of both worlds i suppose. My HKS did my head in though, so i went for the no BS approach and got an autobahn88 re-circ valve for £30 off the bay.
i wanna put my standard valve on it. ive got a baileys vta an tbh i dont really like it. like the standard 1. im gonna give this a go then as soon as harvey gets back to me. i wanna buy an adaptor off him to use it. just ive seen vta seems very popular with fmic so didnt know if this could of been done

I wasn't sure to be honest, thought it may be best to mount the recirc in the standard position.
Easy enough to move.

hi simon got my fmic an just waiting for it to fit it so next step is to give u a call for map tweak in future if ok?
thanks simon. im hoping with this kit it does the job just as good but with feedback an quality i dont know how much of a job it will be to fit. so once its on i will give u a call to arrange a tweak sometime if that sounds good
also we had a leak problem an replaced baileys vta back to recirc standard dv so hope the leak will be soughted replacing these items

I was thinking about this aswell, I have a FMIC waiting to be fitted, but what would perform better:
On a 99 STi using, for example a 20G and keeping the MAF setup
HKS SSQV vta
Standard re-circ
Run no d/v and block off connector
Any gains or downsides from using any of the above?
