Default turbo boost off valve

i was talking to this guy about the turbo boost off valve and he said it fits on the aculator too keep it shut and the dump valve does all the work in releasing the pressuredoes any body know about these

If you are referring to a bleed valve then this will restrict the airflow that the actuator sees and maintain a certain boost level.

The dump valve does nothing like that.

What are you talking about?

What do you want this thing you describe to do?

As dynamix says i assume you mean a bleed valve?

Have never heard of one

Would think it is either a , bleed valve or a manual boost controller.

No real gains to be had with either on a standard car/ECU as the fuel/turbo cut will come in at about 0.1 bar over your standard boost target

As said above, the dv has no relation to this.

too tell you the truth its sounds like **** i am not putting a bleed valve on my car if thats what it is!!!
