EGT sensor psi3 data monitor?
I have just fitted a defi EGT sensor which i have connected with my psi3 ecu data monitor but unfortunately the display does not shows the right temperatures....it goes from 52 to 150 Celsium and then back again! Does anybody knows what problem is this? Maybe it has to do with the Ohm resistance that the data monitor need to read from the sensor?

Just a quick question...........why monitor EGT temps ?
It takes a lot to melt a valve on a factory built car, I run Methanol Injection and I trust my mapper to keep things in order
Harvey has run a lot of high power cars and also captured a lot of temp data........maybe he can help

If it starts getting too high you can back off and if its a problem it will avoid you having to buy a new engine/turbo. So allowing to resolve the problem thats creating the high EGTs rather than let it create more expensive problems.
