Default classic rb5 running off help please

hi all help needed i did a rolling road day with torque of the devil and the rb5 is over fueling im told, and as a result lossing 20bhp, the car was standard and should run

WR Sport (or PPP equipped) :

Power : 240ps (237bhp) @ 5600rpm.
Torque : 258 lbs/ft @ 3600rpm.
0-60 mph : 5.0 secs.
0-100 mph : 14.1 secs.
30-70 mph (through the gears) : 5.06 secs.
Top speed : 155 mph.
Standing 1/4 mile : 13.97 secs

i was told it could be a sensor but have done a diagnosic and nothing showed up, so all sensors must be well,

it feeling like its not holding boost great eather and u cant really hear the turbo wine when spooling.

other sugestions are:

weak fuel pump
weak actuator
duff turbo
sensor but this is no longer a question as tested all.

graph's if they help with idea's

any comments or thoughts welcome.

I might be wrong, but the ppp fitted to the rb5 increased the bhp & the torque and took the top speed up to 145mph.Have you cleaned the boost solenoid, and checked all the vacume pipes for cracks
