Go for a decent 5w-40, there are plenty out there.
The Silkolene Pro S 5w-40 is a very popular one.
5w-40, 5w-40 oil, 5w40, 5w/40
The Silkolene Pro S 10w-50 if it's modified or used on track.
Cheers

I believe 10w-40 is the grade in your handbook?
The biggest impact is the difference of the grades at 100degC as this is where the oil is at its thinnest.
Here are the viscosities/thicknesses at varying temps.
Grade...........0degC............10degC......40deg C............100degC
5w-30...........654............... 338.............74................12cst
0w-40...........665............... 354.............82................14cst
5w-40...........874................440............ 91................14cst
10w-40.........842 ................430.............91............... 14cst
10w-50.........1034................537............116. .............18cst
15w-50.........1535................735............135. .............18cst
10w-60.........1253................795............165. .............24cst
