Default ECU and UK fuel

Hi All,

I've seen a car I like on that is an 04 plate wrx with 24k miles and prodrive pack. Do I need to worry about uk fuel on it and in turn need to have the car mapped to uk fuel?

Thanks in advance

The 04 plate ECU will compensate for the fuel that you stick in the tank ....... usually by changing the ignition advance / IAM.

Prodrive packs were for UK cars only so it will have an ECU map for UK and not Jap fuel so just stick to v-power and all is well
