That sounds about right for the main stealer price. Should be able to get it a fair bit cheaper elsewhere. Worth trying here for starters.

Many of the bits ICP sells are Subaru genuine parts so in that case, yes. Never found anything wrong with their OE spec stuff either.

S*d's law! See if you can find out what the part number is - and then cross-check whether one of the other models they do list a MAF for uses the same one. www.camskill.co.uk might be worth a look too.

The MAF was originally sold with half the induction pipework........hence the £300 !!

They have now released (about 3 years ago) just the MAF casette itself which retails at about £85 plus VAT. The stealer obviously looked at the wrong part number, what a surprise.

BR Developments do just the MAF casette, as do a lot of the Tuners nowadays.

Yes it will effect the fuel economy, the engine will be running rich so pumps more fuel in there to save the engine going pop.

Mark Aigin at Lateral Performance might have one lying around
Alan Jeffrey
AS Performance........

Any of the tuners often have spares in case they have to change one.......saves a lot of time if one goes or there is a didgy MAF during a booked session..
