Ignition leads and spark plugs
What is the difference between 7mm and 8mm leads? will they fit the same spark plugs?
I was looking at buying a set of nology silver spark plugs and a set of magnecor ignition leads 8mm but which ones to get KV85 ( red leads) or the blue leads, cant remember what the code name of them is.
Any advice?

Regarding the leads, it's generally the thicker the better so given a choice of 7mm, 8mm or 8.5mm then go for 8.5mm (this is of course 'assuming' the quality is on a par for each manufacturer & I have no experience of either in this instance!).
If you have a classic then I use NGK pfr7s (or the cheaper NGK pfr6s are ok for unmodded).
