Would a 02 sti pass an MOT with a de-cat downpipe fitted? How can i physically tell if the car has a de cat down pipe fitted, as I am new to all of this.

Hi there mate. Im fairly new to all this too. It will depend on what other cats have been removed from the exhaust system.

If you have a de-catted down pipe, it will just look like a single tube coming from the turbo. The high flow sports cats will look like this:
