Default rear de-mister and front light washer jets not working..

I have a 99 sport and my rear de-mister has stopped working along with my front light washer jets. Im not sure if it could be just a fuse as I don't have a manual or fuse layout, anyone got any advice or suggestions?

I would of thought the fuses for these two would be under the steering wheel column on the right hand side in the drivers footwell(unsure because not seen a Sport version upclose). Only thing you can do is to start looking at the fuses and see if any are blown....they are probably 10amp fuses.
Only thing is if the fuses have blown for these, then why??
Have you been behind the dash at all or fitting something new? I do have a couple of switches that I know are working so if you think it's those maybe you could lend them just to rule that out. Hope that helps & there's a few free workshop manuals here but I'm not sure how much relates to your model but might help;

Thanks, I will have a good look around it tonight after I have finished work to see if I can find what the problem is and get back to you with the findings.

All fuses are intact so what could the problem be?

You can usually check heated screens by starting the engine, switch you lights on and turn your heated screen on. It uses such a high current it should make you dash lights dim for a second. Do it at night it'll be easier to see. Mine takes forever it wont clear rain just mist. If you don't think it's working test the power and earths. Has it had a rear screen fitted ? Are the plugs connected?

Just get a multimeter or a 12v bulb and test the metallic wires for juice (current).

I have fitted a temporay earth to see if it solves the problem. Multimetre is showing power is going to the rear screen but I think the earth wire on the right side (from interior) is bust. Multimetre is showing a full circuit with temp. earth wire so I think this may be the problem. I have only just had the car so I'm not sure if it has had a new rear window. Thanks for all the help.
