engine wont start and sleniods going mad

engine wont start and soleniods going mad
OK my car wont start, It was running fine yesterday before I did some work on it, once it had cooled i put new driveshafts on and changed the exhaust system over and now it wont start!!
everything seems to work, it cranks over fine but just wont fire, also now the relay's and soleniods keep going mad, and it turns on the rad fans all random dash lights flash really fast and I just can't work out what's going on? any ideas???
