has anyone got these??

my ones are so bouncey after long journies my organs start to feel funny. and on launches my car snakes like mad but that might be due to tyres. on corners it bounces and any hint of the throttle the backend starts to drift.
doesnt feel very secure on high speeds.

i was told to order new springs for them as the springs are got are worn? and i also have an edfc that always says erorr.

thanks in advance

springs don't wear they just break! you need a different rate of spring, or quite possibly the dampers may need attention, they dont seem to be damping well

I have the superstreets and they use springs around 20% softer, but the damping would need altering ( by Tein ? ) to suit.

I just put up with mine....

Mine are std., but on the Tein web-site it lists spring rates on the various models.

You COULD buy softer springs and hope the damping is close enough ?

HTH

P.S. Yours are 6/5 mine are 5/4

Sounds like the dampers are not working properly to me. Car shouldn't pitch dive or squirm at all, all being well, that's the benefit for the ride compormise.

My superstreets are 4/3. (classic) Gawd knows how anyone puts up with rates much higher than that on the road lol! I must be getting old!

my only worry is going to the website buying something and it doesnt work than im stuck.

theres something no right with mine thats 100%. round corners it bounces up and down and hint of the slightest bit of gas the back end slides and i have lost the back end a few times and it feel like a death trap.

Teins.... love 'em or loathe them !

You could remove the (faulty) edfc motors and adjust them by hand, as they could default to fully hard or fully soft on an error.

P.S. Mine still squirms and "porpoises" on a large roundabout whilst getting frisky with the 400 bhp.....
