dip on idle

Default dip on idle

i have a dip on idle as in a slight dip in revs and lower tone.

any ideas just changed the coilpacks going to check the plugs tomo
should of dont that while i did the packs DOH!

its def not the maf

Mine did this when i found out i had done a head gasket. Might not be the case with you though. Maybe i should just keep quiet if i cant help.

Also check pipes/dump valve on the intercooler. This can cause idle to hunt etc.

running no dump valve but it always done this since i did the coil packs with help from stu. it has got better mabe i need to give it a coupe of days and some driving to settle in

steveblue wrx i have a tiny split in the i.c to turbo inlet may be this im upgrading this weekend so will update on progress v6 sti is replacing the rubish wrx1

whent to fit it modded the brackets cut down the trottle body and then found that the turbo intake to ypipe hose wasent long enuf :-( thats because its not ment to fit so i have ordered a hose and that should come during the week so will let you know. prob finish the job sat
