Default plugs

Iv been told that for a turbo 2000 uk impreza the ngk pfr6b is a good plug to use, i read that if the car has mods to use th pfr7b? is this correct, my car has a vf28 turbo, mapped, decat etc

yeah it is mate an set the plug gap to 0.65 as they come straight out the box at 0.7

i know someone with a set of bkr7eix.
the same as the pfr7b's,except they are the platinum ones.
and yours for £20 +pp
