you wont release any power just by changing the backbox, does your car have the ppp? you will have to fully decat the exhaust to noitce any gains, then even when you decat you will require a remap to get the full potential. i decatted then had a ecutek remap and gained an extra 50bhp..other people have gained more than that.

it came with ppp fitted but scooby clinic fitted a bigger turbo sc40 and a typhoon kit. 50bhp gain sounds a lot, would be worth doing if thats the case. are there good and bad systems about i would sooner buy a good one thats not to loud if thats poss with a ful decat

The prodrive system is capable of 360-370 with the usual mods. You really only need to change it if you're looking for more.

mine is running 372bhp so i would have to look at changing the exhaust as my next mod then does that sound a sensible option ?

With a 3" system, ported headers and bigger injectors plus, of course, another re-map, you'll see a usefull increase. However, remember the laws of diminishing returns, the higher you go, the less you get in return for your increasing outlay!

I spent nearly twice that with a very respected tuner, and still fell short of the magic figure!
