Any ideas how to stop it doing it??

Car is a my95 wrx & I am using mikalor clamps.

Hairspray !

I kid you not, or if you have some carpet adhesive - spray on kind.

Or have you distorted the pipe work by over-tightening the clamps ?

Or is there too little hose on the hard pipe itself ?

Or am I waffling ?

You choose !

I thought we left hair spray in the 80's mate, isn't hair wax now to keep your hair in place

I will give that a go if you are serious
No distorted pipes, as they are stainless so can do the clamps up nice and tight.

Wonder where I could get carpet adhesive???

Think you are beginning to waffle now but much appreciate the advice thanks Dunx

I am far from young I will have you know
We don't have such things as carpet shops where I live, electricity is a new invention round here and that doesnt work most of the time

Mikalor if the right sizb are good but often they clamp tight on themselves not the pipe.
Murray clamps as sold by sfs performance are very good.
Use pliers to bend the edge of the pipe out slightly.
Could carpet adhesive be used to stick hair on?

Thanks JGM
I will try to bend the pipe out a bit as that is a damn good idea and also will use carpet adhesive if I can find some.

I've not heard of murray clamps before will have a look at them.

Thanks again everyone for your help
