I didn't want to highjack the forsale thread with this in but hoiw do you remove this?

hi,open both doors and carefully remove the black plastic pins that are holding the rubber seal behind the piece you want to remove, thr are some at the rear some at the middle and front then proceed to pull out the rubber carefully then u will see the screws that hold this trim in place probaly 8-10 of em.
