Default Boosting to 24 psi :(

Is it going to go Pop?

The previous owner has just replied to a text saying he has run 32 psi and it was fine, not sure what to think!

Internally its completely standard no forged internally etc, its had the headers ported, has a TD05 turbo, IC standard.

Its 4th gear that is the problem, and it seems to be from when I had a cat added to pass an MOT and a VAC pipe was left off for a few hours and it was running badly.

Ive certainly seen 24 - 26 psi, and Ive backed off, its still going!

My idle hasnt been the smoothest either, and when started revs up to 1.5k rpm which its never done before either.
