Top mount intercooler

Hi, I have a 1997 uk turbo, just wondering if a 1999 RB5 tmic would go straight on, same pipework etc, got one which is in better condition, and it comes with a dumpvalve,

I'm pretty sure that the tmic from 96 cars to 2000 cars are all the same fitment including the RB5 which is the same as the Turbo 2000 tmic.

Aparently my manifold is different, would that affect it? Mine is a 1.5, My friend Andy's is a 2?
